Does the hotel have Parking?
The hotel does not have its own parking facilities. To accommodate you, we do offer discount tickets ( -25 % ) for the Q-PARK ASTRIDPLEIN under the Koningin Astridplein, close to the hotel. The discount tickets are available at the reception desk. You use these when leaving the parking lot. When you use the discount cards, the cost is about € 20 for 24 hours in the parking garage.
Is there a baby cot available?
We can place an extra cot (for babies under 3) at € 10 per night.
Can we place an extra bed?
An extra bed is possible in some of our larger rooms at an extra charge of € 30 per night. Please request prior to arrival to ensure availability.
Is there a possibility for a late checkout?
A late check out is possible at an extra charge of € 15. The latest check out is until 13h. You can decide this during your stay or at day of check out.
Is there a possibility for an early check-in?
Our check in time is 3pm. However if we have rooms available earlier (it depends on the occupancy of the hotel on that particular day) you can ask for an early check in. Early check in is available from noon onwards and the costs are 10 euro’s.  In the case that there are no rooms available, you always have the possibility to leave the luggage at our hotel and come back later on the day.
Do you have 24 hours reception?
Yes, one of our friendly receptionsts will be there to assist you 24h a day.
Can we store our luggage?
The hotel has a luggage room where you can leave your suitcase / luggage before check in time and come back later. In case you still want to explore the beautiful city after check-out, you can always leave your luggage and come back later to pick them up. Please note the hotel is not liable for any damage or losses of any items left in the luggage room.
Do you have a restaurant?
Yes, on the first floor there is a restaurant. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner for our hotel guests. Reservations can be made at the reception desk.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the hotel.
